Pricing/ Payment
Prices listed on our website are for the team/ sportwear only. Design, printing, embroidery and carriage charges
will be quoted separately. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. You can
also pay by cheque. Orders will only be processed once payment authorisation has been received.
Ordering / Delivering
All sizes are an approximate "to fit" sizes and are given as a general guidance only. Colours and shades may
vary slightly to those displayed on our website. When customers are placing an order it is there responsibility
to ensure that the sizes will fit to their requirements. Please see our size guide by manufacturer. All our goods
are subject to availability. If goods are not available, we will attempt to find a suitable alternative. We ask you
to check the delivery carefully as soon as it arrives and inform us straight away of any problems.
Returns
No personalized items can be exchanged or returned unless goods are faulty. All products must be returned
in their original condition for our inspection, we rely on the customer to order the correct sizes and quantities.
Any costs involved in exchanging the product, providing it has been delivered correctly, must be paid for by
the customer.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost while in transit to us. Please contact us by phone or email us
prior to any returns being made.
Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel an order before it has been personalised. If that product has already been
processed, it can be returned to us in its original and resaleable condition and a refund will be given. (Excluding
any carriage and handling charges).
Data & Privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used
purely to carry out your instructions and authorization of payment. Under no circumstances will this information
be passed to a third party.
