How do I make an Order?

As the majority of teamwear requires personalisation, our website is designed for viewing only showing all
our teamwear that we supply. To make an enquiry or order, please phone us on 01452 730215 or you
can contact us via e-mail at sales@aardvarksport.co.uk

How long will my order take?

We aim to deliver goods within 14-21 days providing they are in stock from our suppliers. We will advise you
accordingly at the time of ordering. We do not have a minimum order policy, however, as we are a teamwear
supplier, single item and small orders may take longer as it will depend on our next supplier shipment date.

Can I change the number of items where team prices are quoted?

We have listed the team prices as this is what most teams would order but if you require more or less items,
then just give us a call and we will give you a price based on your requirements.

How do I pay for my goods?

Once you have placed your order, you may pay by Cheque, Credit or Debit card by phone. Payment in full
is required for the goods and carriage at the time of ordering. Once payment has been authorised, the order
will be processed.

How much is delivery?

UK Mainland
£5.95 (up to 2 Kg - single item)
£7.95 (2Kg-30 Kg single item)

Please enquire for prices outside UK Mainland.

How much is the embroidery set up?

This depends on the intricacy and number of items that require embroidery. Please phone or e-mail us for a price.

When are your busiest times?

The busiest time of the year is July, August and September, so if you require kit around this time, it is best to
order 4-5 weeks in advance.
